The HT20 is a pen voltage detector engineered by HT Instruments. It is constructed in compliance to IEC/EN61010-1 safety standard in CAT IV 1000V.

The device detects AC voltage from 100V to 1000V, at an operating frequency rate of 50/60Hz. It is equipped with a red LED, and buzzer indication. In addition, it features a LED torch with an ON/OFF function.
